We performed our first Pharmaceutical Track & Trace System export

For the first time in the world, the Pharmaceutical Track&Trace System, which has been actualized in our country, has been serving successfully since 2010. The success achieved in the field of reliable medicine discovery and financial savings in Turkey has made the Pharmaceutical Track&Trace System an international project model. The increase in the international awareness of the project was also an inspiration to other countries working on this field. More than 20 countries are working on this area, based on Turkey model.

Long term works for the export of medicine track and trace system to other countries are finally yielded. A contract signed with Saudi Food and Medicine Authority-SFDA and began works. Tiga was chosen as the technically most successful company, leaving the large scale competitors behind who bid for tender from all around the world, passing through a challenging technical evaluation process. The project, which is also critical for Saudi Arabia, is closely monitored by the Royal Office and several related ministries. The project is planned to complete within one year and in case of success, it is planned to apply the project in medical devices, cosmetics, food and etc.
